We offer on-site service for clients in the San Luis Obispo area. Clients in the Los Angeles and San Francisco areas are negotiated on a per project basis. We welcome our clients both north and south. We also offer worldwide consulting via Skype, VPN, email, and remote access.
We offer phone support to our clients at our regular rates. International phone support is via VOIP.
Email Support (Free)
We offer free email support. While this support is free, it is for those non-urgent queries. Since we receive a large volume of email, we cannot offer a guaranteed turn-around time for our email support. If your issue is time-sensitive, we suggest you contact us directly.
Blog Support (Free)
It’s possible that your issue has been covered already in our Mac-Sage blog. Feel free to search our blog. We are adding little nuggets of sage advice to it everyday. Our community of interested and dedicated Mac-users is growing. It is inspiring to see the same helpful “opensource” approach growing in our Mac Sage community. Check it out.
Sometimes you need competent, sage, and personal insight into your particular issue. If this is the case, we offer our consulting services:
Standard Consulting Fee: $100 per hour
Web Development: $80 per hour (or project-based fee)
Fees are based on the following policies:
- 1-hour minimum per consultation
- Fees based on 30-minute increments
- Travel fee is applied to consultations which require more than a 20-minute travel time.
